Lemon essential oil has a typical fresh and spicy scent. Originally from the ancient Médie (between the Tigre River and the Caspian Sea), the lemon tree is cultivated throughout the Mediterranean basin. Instructions for use: Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day of lemon essential oil in a neutral tablet of Puressentiel (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 of sugar). Do not use pure without support or mixed with water. For other advice, consult your pharmacist.
