Novaloe by Nova Diet is an unpasteurized Aloe Vera ECO food supplement with pulp. Novaloe Aloe vera drinkable juice is made with Aloe leaves from Spanish organic crops. It is an unpasteurized product that is not filtered, keeping all its pulp intact. Novaloe, like all Nova Diet food supplements, is subjected to an exhaustive quality control, which guarantees all its properties.
Our Aloe vera comes from organic farming crops located in Andalusia, specifically in Seville and Malaga. The best leaves are collected, those with more than three years old, since it is when the concentration of active principles is maximum. The collection process is exclusively manual and the technique used is pulling and not cutting; This ensures that there is no "wound" on the leaf, maintaining the integrity and stability of the pulp inside. The raw material is, therefore, the whole leaf of the fresh plant.
Aloe vera shovels are transported in the best conditions: ensuring temperature and humidity control so that they reach the biofactory perfectly, preserving all their freshness; and in a minimum time, as both the growing area and the production plant are in Spain.
The Novaloe biofactory receives aloe vera leaves or shovels twice a week.
The first process that the sheet undergoes is washing. Subsequently, each leaf is peeled to reduce the bark and, with it, the aloin. Both the washing of the leaves, as the peeling or "debarking" is totally manual. The resulting Aloe vera “fillet” has a maximum concentration of active ingredients and is free of aloin. Those fillets are the ones that are going to be blended to obtain the aloe juice. The entire process of making Aloe vera juice is carried out at a temperature below 10 o C, to preserve its qualities.
The process continues by subjecting the juice to ultrasound to homogenize and stabilize it. And, in a final phase, citric acid and ascorbic acid are added to adjust the pH of the Aloe vera juice and thus preserve its stability.
It is then packaged in bottles and subjected to a high pressure process that guarantees the stability and maximum quality of the product throughout its commercial life (24 months).
