Nattokinase is a purified fibrinolytic enzyme that comes from natto, a Japanese food derived from the fermentation of soybeans from the Bacillus subtilis bacteria. Each capsule contains 100 mg, which corresponds to 2,000 UF (fibrinolytic units). OPCs are oligomeric proanthocyanidins, polyphenols that come from grape seeds.
