How to use:

This Spray with essential oils for atmospheric use is used against winter discomfort (colds) and seasonal sensitivities (allergies, rhinitis):
- From 4 to 7 sprays in the air in atmospheric dispersion.
- From 2 to 4 sprays on a handkerchief to breathe.
- 5 sprays in a container with hot water, not boiling, to release the aromatic vapors.
