Apply liquid foundation of your choice, if desired, before applying BAREPRO® Concealer. If you are using powder foundation, it should be applied after applying this creamy concealer stick. How to Apply Concealer for Dark Circles Using the shade designed for your skin tone, swipe BAREPRO® Concealer under the eyes, starting at the inner corner and moving outward. Gently blend with your ring finger and finish by blending with a small diffuser brush such as the Shade & Diffuse Eye Brush.
